Cesta na Grmače (Moravče) - Dom Ušte - Žerenk

Access to starting point:
When we arrive in Moravče (from the direction of Krtina), we drive past the gas station and continue on the priority road past Nissan servis Krulc. After the Nissan there is a bus stop on the right side and on the left inn "Nad Logom". Behind the bus stop we immediately turn sharply right towards Ribče, we drive uphill and soon thereafter downhill. When we drive downhill we drive approx. 300 m further on the road, and before the next asphalted ascent we leave the car (before the farm, which is on the left side!!! the only farm). We quickly notice the forest path on the left side. The path starts along the residential house of the mentioned farm.

Path description:
There our path begins towards the mountain hut Ušte-Žerenk. The path is well marked, we walk diagonally the whole time. The macadam road that awaits us before the last ascent, we only cross it and walk ahead on the forest path or trail. We arrive at an asphalt road and turn left upwards. After about 200 m, a view opens up to the left on the mountain hut. We can continue the path on the asphalt path, or cross the meadow which is before the mountain hut. We can plan the return where we came from, or on the asphalt road which goes around, to our starting point. The mountain hut is open Tue-Thu from 12h-20h, Monday closed, Fri-Sat 8h-20h, Sun. 8-18h.
