Access to starting point:
From Ljubljana ring road we go to the exit Sostro or Zalog and we follow the road ahead in the direction of Besnica. From Besnica we continue driving towards the village Veliko Trebeljevo, where at the crossroad we continue right in the direction of village Leskovca. Only a little above the village we come to the next crossroad, where we continue straight (sharply right - Mali vrh) and then we follow the road to the next crossroad where we notice signs for Obolno. Here we park on one of the parking lots by the road.
And from Višnja Gora we at first drive in the village Leskovec and then we continue driving in the direction of village Trebeljevo. When we come to a crossroad, where right downwards the road branches off towards the village Obolno we park on a parking lot by the road.
Path description:
From the starting point, we continue on the right upper road (if we came to the starting point from Višnja gora direction we continue in the direction from where we came from), which starts slightly ascending. The road then flattens and after approximately 10 minutes of walking, it brings us to an unmarked crossing, where we continue sharply right on a cart track which quickly brings us in a short lane of a forest, where we notice a blaze on the tree. A wide cart track is then ascending by the edge of a grassy slope and a little higher it turns left in the forest. After few minutes of walking through the forest, the path passes on the upper grassy slope and turns right. We continue the ascent on a worse cart track which past the hunting observatory brings us on an ample and grassy peak.
