First, we drive to Kamnik, and then we continue driving towards the valley Tuhinjska dolina. From the end of Kamnik we drive on the main road for approximately 1km, and then we turn left in the village Nevlje, where nearby a school there is a smaller parking lot.
Path description:
From the parking lot, we go left past the school and then at the first turn off right, left over mammoth bridge (on this spot they discovered the skeleton) and then again right at the crossroad. We follow the road through the village Oševek, which at the end turns left through a clearing. We continue on the road uphill and after approximately 15 minutes on another crossroad left towards the village Tučna. After 300 meters by a large farm building we notice a bad not asphalted road, cart track which descends right downwards on a meadow.
We follow the cart track back upwards and we at first cut a nice macadam path, and then also a few cart tracks. When we come to a logs after approximately 15 minutes of walking from the building, we turn right on diagonal cart track and we follow it to a turn, approximately 3 minutes. Here the road ends, (left and right a bad cart tracks) and we continue straight on a beaten footpath into a bright forest.
We follow the footpath upwards on a hill, we cross two cart track and at the crossroad of unmarked paths we go on the right. After a minute we notice a nice macadam road. We turn right on the road and we walk there to a saddle below the foot of Vovar. At the expansion on the right we notice a cart track for loading logs, and in the left corner we find even modest caption Vovar. We follow the cart track and on our left, we eventually again notice some sort of saddle. The path from Gozd joins. Only few meters ahead we turn left on a beaten footpath and on a steep slope in few minutes we ascend to the summit.
