From Bovec, we drive towards the border crossing Predel. A good kilometer before the border crossing we turn on the road which runs to a saddle below Mangart. After two kilometers we come to the turn-off for mountain pasture, where we can park.
Path description:
From the mountain pasture, we continue towards landslide Stožje, which we cross. When we come to spruce forest a narrow path shows, which is used by the local sheep. After approximately half an hour of walking through the forest a view opens up on rocky terrain. For some time we go through a torrent and then we turn left on the scree. On top of the scree we turn left into a gully, where a little more caution is needed at climbing because there isn't any fixed safety gear. From the top of gully only a ridge crossing follows and we reach the destination with a little descent.
