Puštal - Sveti križ na Hribcu

Access to starting point:
First, we drive to Škofja Loka, and then we continue driving in the direction of Gorenja vas. Further, we drive through the old part of the town, but only to a crossroad, where a road branches off to the right towards the castle Loški grad. At the mentioned crossroad, we continue left (direction Puštal), and the road then over a river Poljanščica brings us in Puštal. Here a road branches off to the right, which runs into a valley of Hrastnica, and we continue left towards the village Sora. Here we will on the right side notice narrow and steep cart track road, by which there are mountain signposts for Osolnik, Tošč and Črni Vrh. At the starting point, there aren't any appropriate parking spots, so it is better to park on one of the settled parking lots in Škofja Loka. This extends the path for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Path description:
From the spot, where we've parked, we at first walk to the starting point, and then we go on a wide and steep cart track in the direction of Osolnik, Tošč and Črni Vrh. The path ahead ascends by numerous Stations of the Cross, which lead towards the church of the Holy Cross on Hribec. We soon come to the spot, where the marked path branches off to the left towards Osolnik, and we continue straight, where after few minutes of additional walking, we get to the church of the Holy Cross.
