Road Bovec - B station (Čelo) - Planina Goričica

Access to starting point:
We drive into the center of Bovec, where from a crossroad at the main square we continue on an ascending road which past the post office starts ascending towards the nearby church. We bypass the mentioned church on the left side, and then we get to Kaninska vas. Bovec then ends and the road for some time leads towards the west. At a smaller crossing we leave the main asphalt road which leads towards the village Plužna and we continue driving on a slightly right road (behind the crossroad there are signs for road Gozdec). Behind the nearby homestead, the road once again splits, this time we choose a slightly left road (slightly right Zavrzelno and the starting point of the path on Rombon). Further, we are ascending 1.2 kilometers on the macadam road, where at the gentle turn, on the left and on the right side of the road, we see yellow signs, which mark the mountain path. We park by the road, the parking lot isn't marked.

Path description:
From the macadam road, we go on the other macadam road, where there is a traffic sign no motorised vehicles. The road is slowly ascending, direction is marked with the sign. After 700 meters of walking, we turn sharply left (there is also a sign) on a mule track, and after 800 meters we continue right on a mule track (straight - path to B cableway station). After 400 meters we come to a crossing, where we continue straight upwards, which is also marked with the sign where it is written Mulatjera (mule track) (left - Paragliding site Planja). The path then gets closer to a mountain wall and we soon start ascending on partly steep military mule track, which is well preserved. In the winter time, the path in some parts can be covered with snow. After 850 meters of ascending by the wall we get to a poorly visible turn-off of a mule track, which branches off to the right towards the path Zarvzelno - Planina Goričica, and we continue left straight upwards. The mule track then soon flattens and after few 100 meters we get to the mountain pasture Goričica. We can return by descending on the path Zavrzelno - Planina Goričica, and when we after 500 meters come to a well-preserved mule track, we turn right on a mule track, and then at the second right turn we notice a footpath which brings us back on before walked mule track.
