Sežana - Zidovnik (Sedovnik) (by road)

Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Koper we go to the exit Divača and we follow the road ahead in the direction of village Lokev and Lipica. The road then quickly brings us in the village Lokev, where we will at the end of the village come to a crossroad, where a road towards the cave Vilenica branches off to the right. We go on this road and we follow it past the turn-off for cave Vilenica and Lipica. At the road sign 2km we will on the right side notice few houses and after them (immediately after the concrete fence) road which from the main road branches off to the right (turn off is located still before Sežana). We go on this road by which we then park.
To the starting point, we can also come from the direction of Sežana.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the road which is at first only gently ascending, mostly through the low forest. Still gentle road higher makes few sharp turns and then it brings us to a smaller saddle, where there is a crossroad of several smaller cart track roads.
We continue slightly left (right Marče) on a wide cart track which a little higher joins the path from Novo naselje above Sežana. For a short time with concrete paved road then through the forest and bushes brings us on a partly panoramic peak on which there are few transmitters and Sežana water distribution system.
