Path description:
The beginning of the path is in front of center Rinka and leads us right over a wooden bridge over the river Savinja. On the other side, we turn left and after few steps, we go right steeply upwards into the forest. The path approximately after 20 minutes brings us to 700 years old Solčava yew tree. There is also a smaller farm Hribarnik. After the business building of the farm, the path turns right into the forest on forest road/cart track. This cart track higher turns right slightly downwards, and our path goes upwards through the forest. On the trunks we can also notice blazes, which are from here on a less and less visible. A little higher, the path brings us to the water supply pipes, which we follow right steeply upwards to a small water catchment. From the water catchment we go few steps more to the right to a nice vantage point. From here we go few ten strides straight upwards and then we cross approximately 50 meters slightly to the right upwards. Here we come on some sort of forest scree. From here further, the path goes only upwards on the scree. Higher, we need to pay attention to with the rock supported big beech tree below the walls on the left side. A little lower below the beech tree we notice on two rocks quite well visible blazes. If we missed it, we come into the gable of this forest scree. Around us there is a vertical wall, so we just return a little lower and we look for this signs. The path crosses to the left below the beech tree between the marked rocks to a steep ridge. Even though it might seem, that this is a wrong path, we are on the correct path. After few steps of steep ascending we notice a steel cable, actually a wire of a power line, from which we get help in those last meters to Zijalka. We notice it only when we are right in front of it.
The path is orientationally quite demanding. Main problem is, that the path runs through the forest. We also need to be able to walk on a steep terrain. It is good to have a rope in the backpack, especially in the winter.
