Spominski park taborišča Mauthausen Ljubelj - Sveta Ana (Ljubelj)

Access to starting point:
We leave Gorenjska highway on crossing Podtabor, from there we continue driving towards Tržič and border crossing Ljubelj. Further, we drive past the turn-off of the road in Tržič and we continue driving towards the border crossing Ljubelj. After the last tunnel (we recognize it by, that after the tunnel there is steep scree) before the border crossing, we soon get to a longer left turn, in the middle of which one of the paths towards the mountain pasture Korošica branches off to the right (starting point at the road house). From here we continue on the main road, and then we quickly get to the parking lot by the memorial park Ljubelj, where we park. At the starting point are situated also adrenaline park Ljubelj and guesthouse Karavla Koren.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we go on the path in the direction of Korošica, and it leads past part of memory park Ljubelj. Above park path goes into the forest and then after few minutes splits, and we choose the left cart track which leads towards the church of St. Ana, and right cart track leads towards Korošica (crossing isn't marked). A little further, we cross the main road towards Ljubelj, and then the path quickly brings us out of the forest, on the upper right edge of larger pasture. By the pasture we are moderately ascending with nice views on the eastern part of Begunjščica and ridge of Ljubeljščica, and then we cross a lane of a forest. When we again step out of the forest, to the church of St. Ana separates us only few minutes of light to moderate ascent.
