Sveti Trije Kralji v Slovenskih goricah - Negova Castle

Access to starting point:
A) We leave Pomurska highway at exit Lenart v Slovenskih goricah, and then we follow the road in the direction of Gornja Radgona. In the settlement Benedikt in Slovenske gorice we turn right towards Sveta Trojica, and after approximately 1400 meters we go left towards Sveti Trije Kralji. Next follows few 100 meters more of ascent, and then we park on a parking lot below the church of Holy Three Kings.
B) We drive to Gornja Radgona, and then we follow the road in the direction of Lenart v Slovenskih goricah. In the settlement Benedikt in Slovenske gorice we turn left towards Sveta Trojica, and after approximately 1400 meters we go left towards Sveti Trije Kralji. Next follows few 100 meters more of ascent, and then we park on a parking lot below the church of Holy Three Kings.

Path description:
From the starting point, we walk to the church, and behind the church we go right in the direction of Negova, where we walk on an asphalt road which is lightly descending. When we get into a valley we go right, and few 10 meters ahead, we go left across the stream. On the other side of the bridge we go once again left and then we on a macadam road ascends to the near house (carefully because of dogs (in the time of the description there were two dogs), where we go right into the forest. Next follows a steeper ascent through the forest, and at the nearby farm we reach the macadam road, on which we continue the ascent. In the forest, the road splits, and we choose a slightly left road, by which there are blazes. The road quickly changes into a cart track, and before an old homestead we go left on a grassy cart track. Next follows a short crossing and we get to another house, where we reach another macadam road. We descend on the road to the left turn, and from the turn we go straight on a cart track which by the edge of the forest brings us to the next road. We continue straight, at first through the forest and then past a house we reach an asphalt road which we follow left upwards. We further follow the asphalt road, and at the crossroads, we follow the blazes. We soon get to the settlement Negova, where we still follow the blazes. We follow the asphalt road all the way to the center of Negova, where there are the church of Mary's Birth and castle Negova.
