Tremerje is a settlement between Celje and Zidani Most.
A) From the direction Celje, we turn right and near the settlement sign there are available parking spots. In the opposite direction there is a bridge over Savinja.
B) From the direction Zidani Most or Laško we turn left and near the settlement sign there are parking spots.
Path description:
From the parking spot, we go towards the center of the settlement, where there is probably the most important point, the church of St. Luka. To the turn-off for Veliki Slomnik we can continue on the asphalt road, where the path is marked or maybe we turn a little lower on a well-hardened gravel road along the fields and meadows, which before the turn-off for Veliki Slomnik again joins. After the turn-off for Veliki Slomnik, in the forest, we follow a wider hardened forest road which ascends steeply and higher on a smaller clearing with a holiday cottage, on the left it passes into a forest path. From the right side soon joins a mountain path which starts at the cross at the turn-off for Košnica and a little higher at the crossing Slomnik again from the right joins the path from Košnica. Further, we follow a narrower forest path, which brings us to the peak.
From the top, we continue in the direction of Libojska stena. We soon reach the viewpoint and we are rewarded with a great view.
From Libojska stena we continue downwards in the direction of the settlement Liboje. At first the path is a little narrower and lower it passes into a wider path among dwarf pines and heath. On the right by the path, we notice a column of a high voltage power line and soon after this on the left by the path there is a wooden cross. Few meters higher we soon reach the crossing. We continue right downwards in the direction of Liboje and straight and higher goes the path towards Šmohor. Downwards on the path, now forest road and soon on the left side there will be a homestead with a wide variety of animals. We continue downwards along the stream and at first homesteads we reach the asphalt grounding. Left and right by the path there are meadows, fields, pastures... We continue a little downwards and we soon reach the crossroad. On the other side of the road there is a chapel and the end of the tour. To the left we can continue to the center of the settlement Liboje.
The total length of the path is around 6000 meters, 490 positive altitude and 430 negative altitude meters.
