Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Novo mesto we go to the exit Grosuplje and Šmarje - Sap, and then we follow the road in the direction of village Paradišče. A little after the village Paradišče we come to a crossroad, where we continue right in the direction of village Zgornja Slivnica. The road which starts ascending steeper we follow to the parking lot at the turn-off of the road towards Magdalenska gora (crossroad is located few 100 meters before the village Zgornja Slivnica).
Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the road in the direction of Magdalenska gora. And a relatively gentle road after few minutes of easy walking it brings us to a crossroad, where we continue on the right marked road which gradually changes into at first a wide cart track. The cart track then goes into the forest, where past numerous smaller crosses, which mark the Way of the cross steeply ascends. This a little steeper path we then follow to the top of Magdalenska gora on which stands the church of St. Magdalena.
