Zgornje Poljčane - Dom na Boču (by road)

Access to starting point:
A) From the direction Ljubljana you leave the highway in Slovenske Konjice and through Žiče, Loče and Zbelovo get to Poljčane. At the crossroad you continue right in the direction of Zgornje Poljčane, where at the marked crossroad you turn left upwards and drive to the parking lot - starting point for mountain paths on Boč.
B) From the direction Maribor you leave the highway in Slovenska Bistrica, where signs point towards Poljčane. Through the center of the settlement Poljčane you continue in the direction of Zgornje Poljčane, where at the marked crossroad you turn left upwards and drive to the parking lot - starting point for mountain paths on Boč.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the asphalt road upwards. First few hundred meters by the road there are meadows, pastures, vineyard and three, four houses or homesteads. At the end of the settlement Zgornje Poljčane the road passes into the forest and we follow the asphalt grounding all the way to the mountain hut Dom na Boču. The distance of the path is around 3500 meters and 300 altitude meters.
