Zvodno - Tolsti vrh above Celjska koča (via Suhi potok)

Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Maribor, we go to the exit Celje - center and we continue driving in the direction Laško and Zidani Most. The road leads us through the center of Celje, and then before Savinja brings us to a roundabout with a fountain. Here we continue "straight" over the first bridge (direction Laško and Zidani Most) and we follow the road to the next traffic light crossroad, where we continue left over the second bridge over Savinja. Immediately behind the bridge at the crossroad we continue right. After approx 500 meters we get to the underpass under the railway track (on the right side there is a large parking lot and the starting point in Zagrad), we go through it and we continue straight past the fire station in Zagrad. We follow the road through the village, and higher in Zvodno it brings us to a smaller crossroad at the bus stop, where we notice signposts for Grmada right, Hudičev graben straight, parking lot 1.2 km straight. We continue straight towards the new parking lot (2020), and the road gradually flattens and narrows. New parking lot - our starting point is located just by the road before the fish farm. Here we can park and we go on a trip on paths, which lead past Marija, or through Hudičev graben, or through Suhi potok.
To the starting point, we can also come from Dolenjska and Zasavje. In this case, we at first drive to Rimske Toplice and then through Laško to the above described second bridge, from where we continue in accordance with the description.

Path description:
From the starting point, signpost for Hudičev graben points us back in the direction of Celje, but after few meters we don't continue sharply left towards Hudičev graben, but we continue on the asphalt road approx 300 meters, and only then we turn sharply left into the forest, where we follow signposts for cottage Pečovniška koča and marked footpath through the forest in the direction of the stream Suhi potok. Soon at the crossing sharply to the left we join the marked path, which is coming from the right from abandoned quarry. Immediately after the crossing follows a right sharp turn, where for easier orientation there are also two rocky cairns. We continue steeply upwards towards the top of abandoned quarry, where a well-hardened and marked path soon joins the riverbed of the stream Suhi potok. In the area between Bavč on the left side and Grmada on the right side it doesn't seem that the stream would be dry, because we can hear it how it is trickling. Soon before a big rock and the sign with mischievous message we reach the crossing, where we continue left by Bavč (right by Grmada leads the path on Pečovniška koča on Grmada). We continue on the macadam road upwards, which is coming from the right. Higher at the next crossing of forest roads we go to the right in the direction towards Čater, but only about 100 meters to the next crossing, where to the left sharply upwards a marked path branches off towards Tovsti vrh. The path at first ascends through the forest, crosses a new asphalt road Svetina - Celjska koča, continues into the forest and brings us above the quarry Zorkov kamnolom, which we bypass on the right side. A little further from the left side joins the marked path from Svetina. Next follows only few minutes of a moderate ascent to a vegetated peak. Viewpoint is located few steps ahead towards the west, from where we can see southern and western Posavje hills.
