Cjajnik / Lärchenturm

Description of mountain:
Cjajnik / Lärchenturm is a distinct rocky tower, which is situated on the Austrian side of the ridge of Košuta. From the top on which stands a large wedge, is a nice view towards the northern walls of Košuta and on Austrian Carinthia. Years ago they made two very difficult climbing paths to the summit, which reach difficulty C or D (scale from A to E). On Cjajnik we can go only in a stable weather with and well mentally prepared, good fitness and strength in arms. For the ascent on Cjajnik are mandatory a helmet and self-belay set, climbing gloves are also recommended.
