Mountain hut Peter Wiechenthaler Hütte is situated on the summit Kienalkopf in Berchtesgaden Alps at an altitude 1752 meters. From the mountain hut to which runs also cargo cableway is a nice view towards the nearby peaks where especially stands out Persailhorn. Nice is also view towards the settlement Saalfelden. The mountain hut was built in the year 1926. The mountain hut is open from the end of May to the end of September. When it is closed is available winter room with 6 mattresses.
