Samotni bor

Description of mountain:
Samotni bor is a peak northwest above Maribor, a little more northern and higher than the better known Piramida, Mestni vrh and Kalvarija. East from the peak there is Ribniško selo, to the north there is Vinarje and to the west Kamnica. The peak is covered with a forest, from the east and south side it is quite high populated, while on the west it is in the arms of vineyards. Above Ribniško selo, where there is the most common access, there is the chapel of St. Rozalija, few ten meters below the summit. An interesting point for a walk in town's park Maribor with an easy ascent and a nice view.
