Schareck

Description of mountain:
Schareck is 3123 meters high peak above the glacier Wurtenkees in the mountain group Goldberg. The peak is very well visited because of the proximity of the cableway, which can greatly shorten the access. Because in the vicinity of the summit there is a ski center Mölltaler Gletscher. From the top on which stands a bigger cross is otherwise very nice view of a larger part of the mountain group Goldberg, and nicely is visible also the Grossglockner (Veliki Klek).
