Description of mountain:
Torkofel is the highest peak of panoramic ridge Jauken, which is spreading north from the valley Gailtal. From the top that has a cross is a nice view of a larger part of the mentioned ridge, which towards the east continues towards mighty Reißkofel, which is partly veiled by ridge Jauken. And in good weather, the view reaches from Julian and Carnic Alps, over Lienzer Dolomites to High Tauern.
