Žleb (Suho ruševje)

Description of saddle:
Žleb above Suho ruševje is located between Palec and Zelenjak on the border ridge with Austria. It is popular among touring skiers because from there is a pleasant not too steep touring skiing. From Žleb is a nice view towards the nearby walls of Vrtača, Zelenjak and Palec. And towards the south we can nicely see Begunjščica with its northern slopes. From Žleb we can continue on Palec on which runs demanding unmarked path or on Zelenjak on which as well leads demanding path. Or we can go on very demanding pathless terrain through the gully Y on Vrtača.
