Gornergrat
1. Gornergrat is 3135 meters high peak in Pennine Alps above Zermatt in Switzerland. To the altitude 3089 meters runs a rack railway, which is the second-highest in Europe and the highest among those which don't go through the tunnel. Below the slopes of the peak there is situated glacier Gornergletscher, which is the second-longest in the Alps. On the picture among the numerous peaks and glaciers there is clearly visible also Matterhorn.
