Lünersee

1. Lake Lünersee is located in Austrian state Vorarlberg east from the peak Schesaplana (2965m) near the Swiss border. In the year 1958 they have built a dam on the lake and enlarged the lake. The lake is now up to 139 meters deep. By the lake there is also the mountain hut Douglasshütte. Webcam is situated near the mentioned mountain hut at the upper station of the cableway Lünerseebahn at an altitude 1980 meters. On the picture we can nicely see the mentioned lake and numerous two-thousanders above the lake.
