Bukovniško jezero - Plečnik's church (Bogojina)

Access to starting point:
We leave Pomurska highway at exit Gančani, and then we follow the signs for Renkovci and then Dobrovnik. When in Dobrovnik we reach the main road Murska Sobota - Lendava, we continue right, and only a little further we go left towards the lake Bukovniško jezero. Next follows some more of driving and we get to the settled parking lot in front of the lake Bukovniško jezero.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the path which continues parallel with the road and it quickly brings us to a marked crossing, where the path branches off to the left towards Strehovske gorice and shorter path towards Sveti Vid.
We continue straight and only a little further we come out of the forest, from where we ascend on stairs on an embankment of the lake Bukovniško jezero.
When we reach the embankment we go left and with a view on the lake Bukovniško jezero we get to the bridge Most ljubezni (bridge of love). After the bridge follows a shorter ascent on the stairs, and then the path splits.
To the right continues the path which leads around the lake, and we continue slightly left and on a marked path we quickly ascend to the chapel of St. Vid, where from the left joins also a little shorter already mentioned path.
We continue on a marked path, which a little higher widens into a road and it brings us to Strehovski Breg, where we continue past few houses. At the first crossing in the settlement we go straight, and at the second, which is situated at the religious symbol we go right, where after the hunting observatory we pass into the forest, where the path turns left. Through the forest at few crossings we follow the blazes, and the path slowly starts descending. When we get to the stream Janderdol, we cross it over a small bridge and then at the fields we continue to a macadam road which we follow right upwards. Next follows a relatively short ascent, and at the smaller crossroad, we go left and then on already asphalted road we get to a bigger chapel, where we go right on a marked road (even if we continue left we can get to Bogojina, but we wouldn't continue on a marked path). We continue past few more houses, and at the last house we go left into the forest. Through the forest, we descend a little, and when we reach the cart track, we follow it to the left, from there we soon go right, on a footpath, on which we lightly descend to the next stream. On the other side of the stream, we step out of the forest and between the fields we continue to a hiking signpost, where we go left. We short time continue by the edge of the forest, and after the hunting observatory we go right on a marked path, which after few minutes brings us to an asphalt road which we follow to the right. At the last house, the road ends, and we bypass the house on the left side, and only a little further we reach another road, where we go once again right. The path ahead leads us through the settlement Filovski Breg. When the houses end, signs for Bogojina and Moravske Toplice point us to the left on a marked path, which mostly continues through the forest, and partly also by the edge of the forest. Next follows several successive crossings, where we carefully follow blazes, and when we leave the forest, through a meadow we lightly descend to the nearby house, which we bypass on the left side. At the house, we reach the road, on which we continue an easy descent, and from the crossroad we go right to a wider road, where we go left (right - Bukovica).
On the road, we are still lightly descending, and when we get closer to flat part of Prekmurje, blazes point us to the right on a local road, on which we then continue through the settlement Bogojina. Through the settlement we continue straight, and when we get closer to the church, the blazes point us to the right, on the path which continues between the house and a smaller tree-lined path. Next follows a minute of walking and we get to Plečnik's church in Bogojina.
