Škrlatica

Description of mountain:
Škrlatica is the second-highest mountain in Slovenia. On the summit stands a cross, by which we can quickly recognize the peak from the neighbouring mountains. It also has a very recognizable northern-northwestern wall, which we clearly see from Vršič road. From the top, there is a very nice view towards all peaks above the valley Vrata, especially on Triglav and neighbouring Dolkova špica, and towards the east we clearly see hardly accessible Rokavi. The peak also has an inscription box.
