Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Maribor we go to the exit Mozirje and follow the road ahead towards the valley Logarska dolina. In the village Ljubno ob Savinji signpost for Smrekovec points us right. The road then runs through the center of the village, where we turn left again following the signs for Smrekovec. The road then brings us in Ljubenske Rastke, where we continue right. The road which is at first still paved with asphalt we follow towards signs for Smrekovec. When on flat part of the road, we notice on the right side a parking lot we park. Here is a sign for mountan hut Dom na Smrekovcu 30 min.
Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue ahead on the road which soon brings us to a crossroad, where we go left upwards. The path runs on the road through the spruce forest. We soon come to the right turn, where a side road branches off to the left. Here we continue right and after few ten meters, we get to hut Dom na Smrekovcu. To here we need 20 minutes.
