From Zasavje or Celje we drive to Zidani Most and from there we continue towards Sevnica. Only few meters before the road crosses the river Sava we go left in the direction of village Loka and Breg. We follow this road to the village Breg, where a sign for Lisca points us left upwards. Ahead we drive good 500 meters to the parking lot by the road at signsposts for Lisca.
From Trebnje or Krško we drive towards Sevnica and right behind the bridge, which we cross we turn left in the direction of village Orehovo and Breg. When the road brings us to the village Breg we turn right in the direction of Lisca. Further, follow the upper description.
Path description:
From the parking lot, we cross the road and go on a footpath which is ascending parallel with the road. After five minutes of walking, the path brings us out of the forest on a grassy slope in the middle of which we come on a cart track on which we are then for some time ascending. Cart track then runs past the house over a smaller saddle on the other side of the hill. The path then soon brings us on vegetated indistinct ridge on which we are for some time ascending steeper. And after a time, the path brings us in the village, where we continue on the asphalt road. We leave the road after approximately 10 minutes of walking, when signs point us to the right on a cart track which runs parallel with the road. Cart track then quickly brings us to the next houses, where we again step on the road. Here we continue right downwards but only few meters to the spot, where blazes point us to the left between the house and hayrack upwards. The path then ascends through a meadow, crosses a road and then goes into the forest, where it steeply ascends. After a short ascent, the path brings us on a cart track which we follow to the left and after few steps at the quarry we leave it. Further, we are ascending on in parts quite steep path, which eventually brings us to the church of St. Jošt.
Ahead we continue on the left side of the church on a well visible and well-marked path, which soon brings us on the upper slope of Lisca. Follows only a light ascent to mountain huts Jurčkova koča and Tončkova koča on a gentle grassy slope. From the mountain hut to the top on which there is a panorama board we have only few steps of walking.
