Hotel Golte - Hotel Golte (path on Golte)

Access to starting point:
First, we drive to Mozirje, where at the roundabout, we turn in the direction of "Golte". The road then brings us to the next crossroad, where we go slightly left again in the direction of "Golte". Ahead road brings us to a crossroad of one-way road. We turn right in the village Žekovec and the road brings us to the bottom cableway station on Golte. Then we buy a ticket and with a cable car we go to hotel Golte.

Path description:
From the hotel after few steps we come to the signposts. We follow the signs for path "Pot po Golteh". We cross a grazing fence and behind it also artificially made torrent. We further follow the cart track which in few steps it brings us on a bad forest road. The road turns slightly right and starts ascending steeper. A little higher road makes long left turn and through a short lane of thin forest brings us to a crossing a little before crossing of three seater chairlift. We continue straight on the bottom path, which soon after the cableway turns right again upwards (we can also go right, but in doing so we bypass monument and the peak Medvedjak. After few ten strides of ascent, the path brings us to NOB monument. We continue right and after a short ascent, we come on a panoramic peak Medvedjak to which brings us three seater chairlift. We continue further on the path which runs on a panoramic ridge and starts descending. Soon the path brings us to an artificial lake where there stands a guesthouse Trije ploti.
Ahead we ascend on a smaller hill on the top of which we turn left on pathless terrain. We get surprised by pleasant bench with a nice view. Further, we continue right downwards on very poorly visible footpath. We soon run into a cart track which in descent brings us to the shepherd hut Stari stani.
We continue sharply right over a grazing fence. After few steps of walking from grazing fence the path Pot po Golteh points us left downwards on a footpath. The footpath through a thin forest brings us to the power line poles, where we continue on a meadow upwards. The path then brings us on a grassy cart track which we soon leave. Signs point us to the left upwards and the path after a short ascent, it brings us to a bench at Jezerca (lakes). Further, we descend to the lake and we continue slightly right. Signs then point us slightly to the left on the path which runs on a smaller clearing in the middle of the forest. The path then soon changes into a cart track which after a short descent brings us to a crossing. We continue left on a wider cart track which soon brings us to the mountain pasture. At the spot, where mountain pasture makes turn we run into signs for mountain hut Mozirska koča. We go sharply right downwards and we are slightly descending below a worse road on which we were walking. Before cottage on the mountain pasture path turns left and starts descending. Further, we are descending on a cart track to the spot, where signs for path Pot po Golteh point us to the right. After few steps, we come to Ledenica (ice cave). Further, the path again joins the cart track and it brings us to the chapel, which is situated only 100 meters from the mountain hut Mozirska koča. At the chapel, we turn left and after a short descent, we come to the mountain hut. From the mountain hut, we continue on the road (back), which after a short ascent brings us to Alpine garden.
From Alpine garden we continue on the road in the direction of the hotel Golte and cableway. From garden to hotel we have ten minutes of walking on the road which is only slightly ascending.
PS: The entire path isn't marked with blazes, but is marked with signs POT PO GOLTEH. In fog the orientation is very difficult and I don't recommend it. Since the path is circular it brings us to the starting point.
