Jablance - Veliki Javornik (Bohor) (via Koprivnik)

Access to starting point:
From Krško we drive towards Sevnica or vice versa. Soon after the Krško, the road branches off to the right towards Brestanica (and from Sevnica a little before Krško left). We follow this road ahead towards Senovo, where we notice the first signs for Bohor (in Senovo we turn left). The road which then runs along the stream upwards, higher brings us on a poorly marked crossroad, where we continue slightly left upwards (the road which goes straight, still along the stream brings us to the mountain hut Koča na Bohorju. Our left road then makes two sharp turns and soon comes out of the forest, where after additional 100 meters of driving, we park on a parking lot by the information board.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the right road in the direction of the mountain hut Koča na Bohorju. After few minutes of walking, the blazes point us to the right on a wide footpath which moderately ascends through the forest. When we come out of the forest, the path turns left and then crosses a grassy slope (badly marked). This path which is ascending by the fields we follow towards the houses in the village, which we see in front of us. In the village we step on the road on which we then walk few ten strides, to the chapel which we see on the left side of the road. Behind the chapel, we continue on a marked footpath which ascends parallel with the road. The path which is ahead very well-marked, through the forest and some smaller meadows in a moderate ascent brings us on an asphalt road which we follow to the left. The road on which we walk, then in three minutes brings us to the mountain hut Koča na Bohorju.
From the mountain hut, we continue on the road in the direction of Lisca, Javornik and Koprivnik. After few minutes of walking from the mountain hut, the path brings us to a crossing of paths, where the path branches off to the left towards the natural window and Petrova skala. Here we continue straight on the road which after few ten strides of additional walking brings us to the spot, where the path branches off to the right upwards on Koprivnik (straight on the road, Veliki Javornik, direct path). We go on this path, which moderately ascends on a cart track. After a short ascent, the cart track slightly descends and changes into a wide footpath which then in a gentle ascent, we follow to the peak of Koprivnik.
From the top of Koprivnik we continue in the direction of Javornik on the path which is moderately descending through the forest. After few minutes of descent, we return on the road which we left, when we ascended on Koprivnik. Here at the crossing of paths, we continue on a worse road in the direction of Veliki Javornik and Lisca. The worse road, gradually changes into a cart track which brings us to the next crossing. We continue slightly right in the direction of Javornik, (the left path leads on Lisca and avoids the summit) on a cart track which is still ascending through the forest. A well-marked cart track ahead has few smaller crossings but there aren't any problems with orientation. Ahead the cart track changes into a wide footpath which in a moderate ascent brings us out of the forest, where in front of us we notice an only few steps distant peak.
