Jezero - Sveti Lovrenc (Jezero)

Access to starting point:
A) From highway Ljubljana - Koper we go to the exit Brezovica, from there we continue driving left on the old road towards Vrhnika. Still in Brezovica, we notice signs for Podpeč, which point us to the left. Ahead we drive through Vnanje and Notranje Gorice to Podpeč, where at the crossroad we continue left towards the village Jezero. We follow the road through the village few 100 meters, whereupon on the left side we notice a fire station, near of which we park on an appropriate place (we park the way we don't hinder access to the garage door of the fire station).
B) From Ljubljana, we drive to Črna vas, and then we continue driving towards the settlement Podpeč, where we join the road from Brezovica. In Podpeč we again continue left (direction Jezero). Ahead we drive few 100 meters more, whereupon on the left side we notice fire station, near of which we park on an appropriate place (we park the way we don't hinder access to garage door of the fire station).

Path description:
From the fire station we continue on the asphalt road towards the settlement Tomišelj, and we walk there only few 10 meters and then at the power line pole we turn left on a cart track road which on the left side bypasses the nearby residential house. Cart track then passes on a panoramic grassy slope, on which with nice views on Ljubljana Marshes and hills, which surrounds it, in few minutes we walk to the church of St. Lovrenc.
