Access to starting point:
From the road Velenje - Slovenj Gradec at the settlement Zgornji Dolič, the road branches off to the right towards the village Vitanje (From Slovenj Gradec side left). This road we follow to the village Srednji Dolič and here signs for Kozjak point us to the right upwards. The road which becomes a macadam we follow to one of the parking lots by the road.
Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the road by which we've parked. Because the road has some crossroads we stick to that, which is more "main" and is mostly ascending. In the last part of the ascent to Sveti Jošt we can use some shortcuts, which cut the road. From Jošt we continue in the direction of the mountain hut on Paški Kozjak on the other side of the mountain. We can go right downwards on a cart track or we continue on the road which is also descending. In both cases the path is marked with signs Dom na Kozjaku so that we can't miss. After few minutes of a descent, the paths join and then follows only few steps of walking on the road to the hut.
