Access to starting point:
We drive to Gederovci (to here from Radenci or Murska Sobota) and we continue driving in the direction of Kuzma. Further, we drive through Cankova, and when we get to the settlement Krašči we turn right in the direction of the lake Ledavsko jezero. The path ahead leads us on an embankment south from the lake, when we leave the embankment we get to the parking lot at the information boards, where we park.
Path description:
At the parking lot signs for path Bernardina pot point us towards the lake, when after few 10 strides we reach it, we continue right. The path ahead leads us directly by the lake, from where beautiful views opening up on the lake and surroundings. The path by which there are some information boards a little ahead brings us to a macadam road, on which continues the path by the lake. The road a little ahead turns right and goes away from the lake, where behind the football field we get to a crossroad with the asphalt road.
We continue straight on a side road in the direction of the path Bernardina pot (left - shorter path around the lake) and we start ascending on a narrower asphalt road. Higher a nice view opens up on Ledava Lake, and even a little further we go at the crossroad left. Only a little further, we continue straight and we go past few more houses, and then we go left. Follows only a little of ascent, and then we start steeply descending. Lower, we stick to the right direction, and when we get to a crossroad at the cross, we go left. After the crossroad, the road flattens, and at the next crossroad, we join the shorter path which leads around the lake. Here we go right and we at first cross the stream Lukaj, after which we go left and then we cross also river Ledava. Next follows few minutes of easy walking, and then past few houses we reach the main road Cankova - Rogašovci, which we follow to the left, and we walk there to the nearby fire station in Ropoča.
At the fire station we go right on a side road which starts ascending among the fields, and higher at few houses it turns left and it ascends through a lane of a forest. When we leave the forest, follows a shorter ascent and we get to the chapel of the Heart of Jesus in Ropoča.
After the chapel we go left and we continue to the nearby cemetery, where we go straight (left - we descend to the main road). On the mentioned road, we walk only a short time, and then we go left, on a side road, by which there are signs of the path Bernardina pot. Next follows a steeper descent, where we go past the fire station Krašči, and when we lower reach the main road we go right and then left in the direction of Ledava Lake.
The path ahead leads us on an embankment of Ledava Lake, and when the embankment ends we return to the parking lot, where we started.
