Access to starting point:
A) From the road Murska Sobota - Hodoš in Gornji Petrovci we turn left towards Kuzma, and then we follow the main road to Kuzma, where we park on a parking lot at Krajevni urad Kuzma and the fire station.
B) We drive to Gederovci (to here from Radenci or Murska Sobota, and then we follow the signs for Kuzma. When we get to Kuzma we follow the signs for Gornji Petrovci, still before the end of the settlement, we turn right towards the fire station and Krajevni urad Kuzma, where we park on an appropriate place.
Path description:
From the starting point, we go on the road or sidewalk in the direction towards Dolič. At the turn-off of the road for Trdkova and Matjaševci the sidewalk goes on the other side of the road, and we walk there to the inn Kovač, where blazes point us to the left on a side road which leads us past a cross. The path ahead starts ascending, and higher at two crossroads we go right. The marked path, which to the nearby house continues on the asphalt road, behind the house changes into a grassy cart track, from which a nice view opens up on the nearby hills. Few minutes ahead on the left side we bypass abandoned homestead, a little ahead when we join another cart track we go also past the last house in the settlement.
Behind the house, by the field the cart track splits, and we continue slightly right, so that we bypass the field on the left side. Further, the marked path goes into the forest and at first, it is only gently ascending, and when we join the other cart track it becomes a little steeper. Further, we get to a smaller crossing, where the marked path splits.
The left path bypasses Bogin breg and brings us directly to the saddle between Zalka and Bogin breg, and we continue straight and in a minute of additional walking, we get to transmitters on Bogin breg.
Before the transmitters we go left downwards on a marked path, which descends on a cart track, and when the cart track turns right, we continue straight, where few steps ahead we join a marked path which bypasses Bogin breg. Next follows a shorter moderate ascent, where we follow the blazes and we reach Zalka, from which a view opens up a little on surrounding hills.
