Liboje - Planinski dom na Brnici

Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Maribor we go to the exit Žalec and then we drive towards Arja vas. At the crossroad at the end of the village, we continue straight in the direction of Liboje. In Liboje we turn left in the direction of Košnica pri Celju and we follow the road to mountain signposts for mountain hut Dom na Brnicah. Near the beginning of the footpath there aren't any appropriate parking spots, therefore we park on some a little more distant parking lot by the road.

Path description:
Signposts point us towards the north on a macadam road, from which after few steps a marked footpath branches off to the left. The path ahead ascends through a panoramic meadow, and then goes into the forest, where it is moderately ascending. The path in the forest changes into a cart track which after a short ascent brings us on the road which we follow to the left. This road which is slightly ascending we follow to the mountain hut Dom na Brnici.
