Moravske Toplice - Rotunda of St. Nikolaj (Selo)

Access to starting point:
A) We leave Pomurska highway at exit Gančani, and then we follow the signs for Bogojina and Moravske Toplice. In Bogojina we go left and we drive to Moravske Toplice, where we park on one of the many parking lots.
B) We drive to Murska Sobota, and then we follow the signs for Moravske Toplice. When we get to Moravske Toplice, we park on one of the parking lots in the center of the settlement.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we walk to evangelical church in Moravske Toplice, and then we continue on a sidewalk in the direction of Dobrovnik, and by the main road, we walk only to the first crossroad, where after the flower shop Cvetličarna Lanen cvet we continue left, where also the blazes point us to. We continue straight to the end of street, and then we go left towards Terme Vivat (to the right continues a marked path towards Bogojina). At the thermal spa, the road turns a little to the right, and at the end of the settlement, we continue straight. Further, we walk on a macadam road which leads us among fields, and when we reach a little wider macadam road we go right (left - Martjanci and Murska Sobota).
Further, we are for some time barely ascending, and when we get to the forest, the path becomes steeper. A little steeper part is short, and then follows a longer gentle ascent, where we are mostly ascending through the forest. Higher the forest ends, and the road becomes asphalted and it brings us to the settlement Ivanovci, where we get to a partly marked crossing.
We continue right upwards in the direction of Pomurje mountain trail (straight - Kančevci), where we ascend past few houses, from where a nice view opens up towards the chapel in Zgornji Moravci. Next follows some light descent, and then we moderately ascend to a marked crossroad, where we continue slightly left. After the crossroad, we ascend a little more and we reach a little wider road which we only cross (left - driving road towards Fokovci and Selo, right - chapel in Zgornji Moravci and Moravske Toplice on a driving road).
After the crossroad, we descend a little and we quickly get to the next crossroad, where we go left in the direction of Pomurje mountain trail. Next follows a light diagonal descent, and at the smaller hamlet before houses we go right downwards on a cart track, on which we considerably descend. Lower, the cart track flattens and it brings us to the hunting observatory, behind which we start ascending on a grassy cart track. Higher, we go from the cart track left into the forest, where we follow the blazes, and we soon reach another cart track which we follow to the left, and there we are few minutes moderately ascending. When we reach an asphalt road, we go right and there for few steps we lightly descend, and then we go sharply to the left on a macadam path, which we immediately leave and we go right downwards towards the periphery of the forest. By the edge of the forest the footpath becomes more distinct, but mainly in the summer time it is also overgrown. The overgrown part is short, and the path then brings us into the forest, where we follow the blazes, but there isn't much of a footpath in the forest. Next follows few minutes of descent through the forest, and lower we reach the cart track which we follow in the direction of the blazes, and it quickly brings us to a macadam road which we follow to the left. The road at first leads through a meadow, and when it starts ascending, it passes into the forest. Few minutes we are ascending through the forest, and when the forest ends we get to the nearby house, behind which we go left in the direction of Rotunda. We continue on the asphalt road which starts descending and it quickly brings us to the next crossroad, where we cross the other road diagonally towards the right. Further, we are still descending, and when we reach the main road, we follow it to the right (left - Murska Sobota). By the main road, from which we already see rotunda of St. Nikolaj we walk to tourist information center, where we go sharply to the left on a walking path, which in few minutes brings us to rotunda in Selo.
