Planinska Ravna - Boskovec (Sever way)

Access to starting point:
First, we drive to Mozirje, where at the roundabout, we go in the direction of Golte and Šmihel. A little further, we come to a crossroad at the inn, where we turn slightly right in the direction of Šmihel (left cableway Golte). We follow the road ahead to the village, where on the right side of the road, we notice a church. Only a little further, we come to the crossroad, where we go left in the direction of the mountain hut Mozirska koča, Golte (Here from the right joins the road from Koroška side on which there is possible access for Carinthians). The road then soon brings us to the next crossing, where we go left on the bottom road. The road then soon becomes a macadam, and we follow it to a large parking lot before the gate. The parking lot is on the right side of the road and is partly covered with grass.

Path description:
At the beginning of the parking lot, we notice signposts, which point us to the right on a footpath in the direction of the mountain hut Mozirska koča. The path which goes immediately in the forest is moderately ascending and after few minutes brings us to a smaller crossing, where we have two options to continue. We can continue straight on a steep or right on a gentle path. Both paths after few minutes join and higher bring us on a nice vantage point, by which there is a bench. Next follows only a good 10 minutes of a moderate ascent to the mountain hut Mozirska koča.
From the mountain hut, we continue left on the road to the chapel where signs for Boskovec (path Severjeva pot) point us slightly right in the forest. After few steps, we cross a grazing fence, and then the path for a short time a little steeper ascends. Further, we cross a shorter panoramic slope, and then the path in a gentle ascent again through the forest brings us to rough forest road. Here the path to the vantage point branches off to the right (5 minutes), and we continue slightly left, on the road which is gradually descending. After few minutes of light descent cart track in the direction of Boskovec branches off to the left upwards. The ascent on a cart track doesn't last long because blazes quickly point us to the right on a footpath which over in parts quite overgrown slopes brings us to a larger meadow little below the summit. We continue by the right side of a meadow, where the path quickly brings us into the forest and then to a crossing. Signpost for Boskovec points us right on the path which moderately ascends and after few ten strides it brings us to the summit.
