Podpeca (Helenski potok) - Dom na Peci (via Mirjance)

Access to starting point:
A) We drive to Črna na Koroškem, where from the roundabout in the center of the settlement, we go to the exit towards Koprivna. At the next crossroad, we go slightly right, so that over the bridge we cross river Meža, and next to it we then continue driving. Črna na Koroškem then ends, and we drive to the road sign 5.5 km, where still before crossing stream Helenski potok we park on an appropriate place by the road.
B) We drive to Solčava, and then we follow the signs for Črna na Koroškem. Next follows an ascent on the mountain pass Spodnje Sleme, and from there descent towards Koprivna. Lower, we drive by river Meža and we are still driving in the direction of Črna na Koroškem. When a road towards Podpeca branches off to the left, we continue straight and then after crossing the stream Helenski potok we park on a parking lot by the road. At the starting point, there is road sign 5.5 km.

Path description:
From the starting point, we walk to the nearby crossroad and we continue in the direction of Podpeca, Peca and Pikovo. Asphalt path at first leads by stream Helenski potok, and after approximately 15 minutes we get to a mine gnome - Perkmandeljc.
From the gnome we wak on the road by stream Helenski potok only to the nearby crossroad, and then we go sharply left on the road in the direction of homesteads Rajzer, Žačen, Štopar and Mihev (straight normal path on Peca, Pikovo, Terčovo, Najbrževo and snack bar Okrepčevalnica pri Matjažu). The path ahead leads us on the forest road, by which we notice some old, already entirely faded blazes. Higher, the road splits, and we continue on the left road in the direction of Peca and homesteads Mihev and Žačen (right Rajzer, Sajler Vesničar and Lesjak).
Below the homestead Mihev forest gets thinner and we get to the next crossroad. We continue straight in the direction of the mountain hut Dom na Peci (left Bricman and Žačen, right Mihev) and few minutes we continue through panoramic meadows. The path soon returns into the forest, and blazes from the road point us to the left on a wide cart track, and from there we soon go right on a poorly beaten path. The path ahead mostly leads through the forest, and at the crossings we follow not very frequent blazes. Next follows a walk through a dense forest, where on the path, there are a lot of fallen trees, and then follows crossing of wider macadam road which leads towards the starting point Jakobe.
We continue on a grassy cart track which higher turns left and by which we hardly notice any blazes. When the cart track after few minutes splits, we choose the right path, and by the path after a long time we again notice a blaze. Next follows few minutes of ascent on a poorly beaten path, and then we get to the cottage Tomaževa bajta (on cottage caption "Ninotova koča"), where we join the better beaten path from Mitnek.
Before cottage we go left and we ascend to a bad road, where from the right side also the path from Mežica joins.
The road we only cross and we continue in the direction of the mountain hut Dom na Peci, to which we have approximately 50 minutes of ascent. The path ahead leads us on a wide cart track which with an exception of few hairpin turns, ascending diagonally towards the left. During the ascent few times a nice view opens up in the direction of Uršlja gora, otherwise path mostly runs through the forest. Higher, the path flattens, on the right side bypasses the chapel of St. Cyril and Methodius, and then in few 10 strides ascends to the mountain hut Dom na Peci.
