Access to starting point:
A) From highway Ljubljana - Jesenice we go to the exit Lesce, and then we follow the signs for Žirovnica. Further, we drive on the old road towards Jesenice, on which we drive to Žirovnica, where we go right, further we follow the signs for Završnica and Valvasorjev dom. When the road towards the mountain hut Valvasorjev dom turns left, we continue straight and only a little further we park on a marked parking lot by the lake Završnica.
B) We drive to Jesenice, and then we continue driving on the old road towards Lesce. At the end of the settlement Polje we turn left and then we follow the signs for Završnica and Valvasorjev dom. When the road towards the mountain hut Valvasorjev dom turns left, we continue straight and only a little further we park on a marked parking lot by the lake Završnica.
Path description:
Towards the end of the parking lot, we notice an information board with drawn trim trail, which for easier orientation it is good to look well and remember it.
We at first walk by an asphalt road which already after few steps we leave and we continue right on a macadam road which continues by the lake Završnica. Few minutes we walk by the lake, and then the road ends, and the path passes into the forest and continues along the stream Završnica. A little further signs for trim trail point us to the left, on the path which ascends for few meters and gets close to an asphalt road. We continue straight and we quickly get to recreational park Završnica, where we go straight past several points of trim trail. At the requisites of trim trail path turns for 180 degrees, and bar Zavrh we bypass on the right side. Next follows a short descent, and then we over the bridge cross the stream Završnica. On the other side of the bridge we go right, where the path at first leads through meadows, and then through the forest. When we again step out of the forest, the path goes slightly right and continues by the lake, and on the other side of the lake, we go once again right and on dam we cross the lake.
And after the dam we already get to the parking lot, where we started our tour.
