Preval Prosca - Koreno

Access to starting point:
From Dobrova we drive towards Horjul or vice versa. When we come to the village Zaklanec we go right (from the direction Dobrova) in the direction of Polhov Gradec. The road that is ascending we follow to a smaller saddle, where by the road we notice mountain signposts and next to them a parking lot.
To here we can come also from Polhov Gradec.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we cross the road and we get to mountain signposts. Here we go on the path in the direction of Koreno "on the ridge". The path at first runs on a cart track which after few minutes of walking, it brings us to a crossing of two cart tracks. We continue left on a marked cart track which then brings us out of the forest on a clearing after which cart track turns into a footpath. The path ahead becomes very steep and it is ascending on the ridge straight upwards. Eventually, the steepness decreases and the path brings us on a larger pleasant clearing.
After that, the path crosses a shorter lane of a forest and then it brings us on a larger grassy slope, where we come on a cart track. When we step on the cart track, we continue right to the spot, where it starts descending. Right on the top of a smaller saddle we go left and after few steps, we get to a bench, where we notice a blaze, which were on a meadow on which we were walking very rare. The path then continues on a cart track which after few minutes brings us in the village. When we bypass first (last) houses in the village we come on badly marked crossroad, where we continue right on an asphalt road which for a short time descends and soon brings us on the next marked crossroad. Here we continue left still on an asphalt road which after 15 minutes brings us to open door farm pr'Lenart. And only few steps ahead we get to the inscription box.
From the box we continue on the road in the direction of "Razglednik" to the church on the top of Koreno. Behind the church, we notice panorama board, bench and table which we reach in few steps of panoramic walking on an upper grassy slope.
