Access to starting point:
From Mozirje we drive towards the valley Logarska dolina, but only to the village Struge (village between Ljubno and Luče), where signs for cave Snežna jama on Raduha point us to the right on a narrower and ascending road. The mentioned road, we then follow to a marked crossroad (crossroad is located at an altitude of approximately 750 meters), where signs for Luče (panoramic road) point us to the left (right cave Snežna jama). The road further is for some time still ascending, and then it brings us to a smaller hamlet, where we continue sharply right towards the farm Radušnik. Here the road for a short time ascends even steeper, after that flattens a little and in a moderate ascent brings us to the farm Radušnik. Because in front of the mentioned farm there aren't any appropriate parking spots, it is better to park already a little lower, on one of the appropriate places by the road.
Path description:
From the spot, where we've parked, we at first walk to the farm Radušnik, and then we continue on a wide marked cart track which we follow only a short time because then signs for mountain hut Koča na Loki point us to the left on a little narrower and steeper cart track. Further, we are ascending on the mentioned cart track, and it has a few smaller crossings, so we carefully follow the blazes, not to go astray from the right path. Higher, the cart track for some time changes into a steep footpath, and then we join the second cart track, on which in few minutes of additional walking, we get to a forest road which we only cross. Here from the right joins the path from the mountain pasture Kosmačeve Rastke, and we continue on a little wider cart track which is further gently to occasionally moderately ascending. Higher, the path brings us to a road which leads towards the cave Snežna jama, and we reach it right on the spot, where right upwards for public traffic closed forest road branches off, on which in 15 minutes of additional walking, we get to the mountain hut Koča na Loki pod Raduho.
From the mountain hut, we continue on a marked path in the direction of Raduha, and which already on few 10 strides splits into two parts. We continue slightly left (slightly right Durce) on the path, that is gently ascending on the left edge of a small valley. The path soon turns to the left and steeply ascends through a lane of thin forest. The steepness soon decreases and the path through some smaller meadows leads in a lane of dwarf pines, where it is further moderately to occasionally steeply ascending. After approximately one hour of walking from the mountain hut Koča na Loki, from the right joins the path from Durce, and we continue left on a passing path in the direction of Raduha. The path with increasingly beautiful view, on the south side bypasses the peak of Mala Raduha, and then it brings us on the main ridge, from which a nice view opens up on the northern side.
We continue on a marked path, which soon from the right joins the climbing path from the mountain hut Koča na Grohatu. The path ahead again starts ascending steeper and then after few minutes of additional walking brings us on 2062 meters high peak.
