From highway Ljubljana - Jesenice we go to the exit Lesce and follow the road towards Bled and forward towards Bohinjska Bistrica. From Bohinjska Bistrica we continue left in the direction of Tolmin and Soriška planina. Soon we will notice by the road signposts for Črna prst, which point towards the right, but we continue straight. Only a little later we come to a crossroad, where a signpost point us to slightly right towards the village Ravne. Further, we drive past a large parking lot by the ski slope Kobla, an asphalt road which starts ascending steeply we follow to Ravne, where the road flattens. Here we continue to drive all the way to the spot, where the asphalt ends. We park on the left side of the road on a parking lot.
Path description:
West from the parking lot we follow the cart track into the forest, where soon to the left a narrower path branches off. 1 hour we then walk to the next macadam road. In the last part of this path we can choose, to turn immediately towards the road and continue there towards the west to the turn-off for mountain hut Orožnova koča, or we follow the last part of the path through the forest. It is recommended to immediately turn left towards the road, because the alternative has numerous crossings (and the forest logging trails), which are in parts also less visible.
From a diagonal macadam road we continue towards the mountain hut Orožnova koča, to where there is 45 more minutes of walking. The path to the mountain hut Orožnova koča is well marked.
From the mountain hut Orožnova koča we don't follow the marked path towards Črna prst, but we descend few 10 meters and continue on an unmarked path (once this was the path on Črna prst), which at first crosses a pasture, and then passes into the forest. When the path again passes out of the forest on a plain, we fro few minutes still follow it, and then we right from a big rock turn into the forest. We then carefully follow the path to the ridge between Črna prst and Lisec. The path is shown by cairns and colored strips, which are on branches. In this part from the mountain hut Orožnova koča ahead in spring or early summer there is an area which is botanically very diverse, therefore the hiker should be careful and not go away from the path.
From the ridge ahead the path is orientationally easy, because we follow the ridge to the top of Lisec.
