From Nova Gorica, we drive towards Tolmin or vice versa, we follow the road to Ročinj, where we park at the appropriate place.
Path description:
The starting point of the path to the church of St. Pavel is in the center of Ročinj at the church of St. Andrej.
At first the path descends to the spring Zdenc, from here we continue on the left path, after good hundred meters we get to the stream, where we continue straight and over a small bridge we cross the stream (marked with signpost Sveti Pavel ). We continue on a slightly ascending path and at the first crossing we go left, when we get to the second crossing, we continue on the left path (marked with signpost Sveti Pavel via Sedlo). On a quite gentle continuation after 20 minutes we come to the saddle Sedlo, where we turn to the right upper path, right by the crossroad in the rock there is an interesting bunker with three seats from the first world war. The path starts rising, after good 10 minutes of walking on the ridge we get to the church of St. Pavel.
