Path description:
From the parking lot near Ruška koča na Arehu we go on the road in the direction of Žigartov vrh, Šumik and Cojzarica. After approximately 10 minutes of walking on the road which leads through the forest, we get to a marked crossing, where we continue left towards Bajgot and waterfall Šumik (straight - Žigartov vrh).
The path ahead returns into the forest and leads us on a worse forest road, and from which soon a path branches off to the left downwards towards the source of Polskava (5 minutes), and we continue straight. After some time, we go from the bad road slightly right, on a cart track which ascends diagonally on slopes of Žigartov vrh. Cart track quickly flattens and it brings us to a marked crossing, where from the right side joins the path which leads via Žigartov vrh and is a little longer than ours.
We continue straight and we are gradually descending through the forest, and lower we cross another forest road. Also further we mostly walk on cart tracks on the path which few times ascends and descends again, and at the crossings we follow the blazes. After a little longer descent we get to NOB monument, where we reach the macadam road.
We walk on the road only few 10 strides and the path splits.
To the right the path branches off towards Šumik and Bajgot, and we continue on the road towards Sveti Trije kralji. A little further, we leave the road and we continue on a marked path, where the blazes are less frequent, so we carefully follow the better beaten path, which lower brings us to a wider macadam road which we follow to the left. A little further, we go right and we again follow the blazes, the cart track which on parts is a little more overgrown after few minutes brings us to another road, where we go left, and at few steps distant crossroad we go right. Next follows a relatively short ascent, and then the road splits, and we continue slightly left on the bottom cart track which further also has few crossings. At the crossings, we follow the blazes, and after crossing two streams we for some time leave the forest and we go through an often overgrown meadow.
When the path returns into the forest from the left joins also a marked path from partisan hospital Jesen, and we go straight and we continue with the crossing. Further, we again reach one of the forest roads and we follow it to the right, and a little ahead we go from the road left on a cart track, on which we quickly get to the house Majstrova hiša.
From the house Majstrova hiša we descend on a macadam road to an asphalt road, and when we reach it, we go right in the direction of Sveti Trije kralji.
Next follows for approximately half an hour of a moderate ascent on the asphalt road and we get to Sveti Trije kralji.
