Trebež (Jesenice) - Čopov rovt

Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Jesenice we go to the exit Lipce (Jesenice east), where we drive right towards Jesenice. At the first traffic light crossroad (settlement Slovenski Javornik) we turn right (direction Ljubljana) towards Koroška Bela. At the next crossroad with traffic lights we turn left, and soon once again left towards Javorniški Rovt. After less than a kilometer of driving, we get to the settlement Trebež (unmarked), which we recognize by sharp the left turn with a crossroad, at which there is a bridge over the stream Javornik. We park on an appropriate place nearby (e.g. in the same settlement, about 100 meters ahead on the main road in the direction of Jesenice).

Path description:
From the bridge at the turn, we go on a side road which leads towards Javorniški rovt, and we walk there only a short time. After a light left turn, before the first house on the right, we go on the forest road on the left side, which is far to the left ascending towards the forest. Soon after the gate it turns right, and a little higher it brings us to a cart track turn-off on the left, on which we go. Here we run into signs of a path towards Kozjak - yellow dots and arrows. The cart track soon crosses a smaller stream and it brings us to a crossing of cart tracks, where we choose right, and immediately after this we leave it and go once again right, on a marked footpath which takes us on the ridge of the hill. A pleasant path among dwarf pines and birches after a short ascent, it brings us to a crossing, where we go right, and we continue on a less steep path towards the north. Soon after the light left turn, yellow signs point us left (Kozjek), but here we continue few more 10 meters straight on a gentle path. When we notice a right turn-off, we go there and after a gentle ascent we cross a forest cart track. We continue on a footpath through a mixed, to mostly deciduous and in some parts thinner forest. From here further, the path is in parts slightly ascending and it is in long turns turning towards the slope on the left, and quickly it also flattens and it brings us to a little overgrown cart track on the left, on which we step and we go right, towards the nearby crossing of forest road. Here we choose the first (left) road which after a short and gentle ascent comes out of the forest on grassy Čopov rovt. To a spring site of daffodils we will run into by the upper, left edge of a meadow.
