Access to starting point:
From south Ljubljana bypass highway, we go to the exit Ig and we follow the road to the mentioned settlement. In Ig we turn left in the direction of Kurešček (right Iška vas), and then after few 100 meters right upwards, again in the direction of Kurešček. Further, we drive on an ascending road which we follow to the spot, where the road sign point us to the left towards Turjak and village Zapotok. We follow this road to a smaller quarry, which we notice on the left side of the road.
Path description:
From the quarry we continue on the asphalt road which starts slightly descending. After few minutes of easy walking road brings us to a crossroad, where we continue slightly left in the direction of Brinov grič. And road then quickly brings us to the next crossroad, where we continue left slightly upwards (direction Brinov grič). The road then after a short ascent, it brings us to the last houses in the village and after them it changes into a cart track which takes us into the forest. Cart track quickly brings us to a pleasant meadow by which we notice a wooden bench. Here the path turns right and goes on the other side of the meadow into a dense forest. The path further starts ascending steeper and after few minutes brings us to the cemetery on Kurešček, where we also step on the road. We continue left and we follow the ascending road all the way to the church on the top of Kurešček.
