Access to starting point:
From Kranjska Gora over mountain pass Vršič we drive towards Bovec. Only few 100 meters after 49th hairpin turn we will by the road notice a smaller parking lot, where we park (near the parking lot there are tourist signs for Mlinarica).
From Bovec, we drive towards Kranjska Gora. Between 50th and 49th hairpin turn we will notice a parking lot by the road, where we park (parking lot is located near the 49th hairpin turn).
Path description:
From the parking lot, we go on a marked tourist path, which at first slightly descends, and then crosses hanging bridge over the river Soča. On the other side of the river we continue on a path which starts slightly ascending and in few minutes brings us to the entrance into Mlinarica gorge.
The passage right to a gorge is because of falling stones forbidden.
