Description of mountain hut:
Chapel of St. Cyril and Methodius stands on a hill on the mountain pasture Molička planina at an altitude 1780 meters. It was built in the year 1898 and in the time of construction it was the highest situated chapel in the area of today's Slovenia. In the 1950s it was destroyed by a mysterious avalanche, and in the year 1989 it was built again. Few meters below the chapel there is also cottage Kocbekovo zavetišče pod Ojstico, which is the first Slovenian mountain hut in Savinja Alps and the second in Slovenia. It was built in the year 1894, and renovated in the year 1999. The cottage is occasionally open and offers basic things such as coffee, tea, etc. From the mountain pasture there is also a very nice view towards the nearby peaks above the mountain pasture and towards Krofička and Robanov kot.
