Mountain hut Knorrhütte is situated in the mountain group Wetterstein at an altitude 2052 meters. From the mountain hut is a very nice view towards the peaks above the valley Reintal and on peaks above the ski slope Zugspitze. Nicely is also visible peak Zugspitze. The mountain hut was built in the year 1855 and was later several times renovated and enlarged. The mountain hut is open from the end of May to the beginning of October.
