Peace, silence, diverse terrain... are characteristics of the peak at the crossing of numerous paths between Maribor, Celje and Ptuj area. Plešivec among the locals named also Plejš is a domed elongated hill between Boč on the west and Donačka gora on the east. Over Plešivec lead optimal paths in the area of the eastern Karawanks. Because of the domed shape it doesn't have a distinct peak. Unlike Boč and Donačka gora it is heavily vegetated with coniferous trees. With height 822 meters it is also the highest point of Mary's pilgrimage route. Excellent habitat of many animal and plant species.
