Rifugio La Marmotta

Description of mountain hut:
Mountain hut La Marmotta is located east from the mountain pass Passo Campolongo at smaller saddle Passo Incisa at an altitude 1938 meters. From a nicely settled mountain hut, which is surrounded by ample meadows of plateau Pralongia is a very nice view towards Marmolada and mountain group Puez. And from the nearby meadows a view opens up also towards the mountain group Sella. The mountain hut is well visited also in the winter time because it is located just next to the ski slope. And in the summer months near the mountain hut runs an interesting downhill track for mountain bikers. At the mountain hut there is also children's playground.
