Description of mountain:
Rudnica is a hilly area above Podčetrtek and Olimje, spanning 98 hectares. At the hilltop stands the lookout tower called the Tower of Health and Joy on Rudnica. Its highest platform is at 656.2 m above sea level.
The highest point of Rudnica is Plešivec at 682 meters.
During a hike on Rudnica, you can admire Podčetrtek Castle, the Šmarnica shrine, the Tower of Health and Joy, Albin's rest area, the hunting bivouac, Zmajevo jezero lake, and the Koča pri čarovnici hut.
On the return from Olimje to Podčetrtek, you can also visit the Minorite Monastery of Olimje, Jelenov greben, and Amon golf course.
